SHIPPING PRICES:

As a general rule, packages are sent the day after receipt of payment if it has been before 11:00 in the morning through the company CORREOSEXPRESS for peninsula and islands and GLS for Europe, with a tracking number that will be provided via email once we have said tracking number and pass through the Correosexpress headquarters in the evening of the same day.

 

Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday or Saturday depending on the city.

 

Upon delivery of the order, you must make a visual inspection on the outside of the package before the delivery person leaves, in case the box is hit or damaged, you must notify the delivery person so that he / she leaves it noted in the system, this point is very important so that transport damage can be claimed.

 

RETURNS:

 

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you have 14 days to return the product according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, November 16. The user will bear the shipping costs. When Indalo Surfer receives the product and sees that it is in perfect condition, the amount of the return will be paid by bank account. The product for its return must not have been used, it must be in its original packaging. It is of the utmost importance not to use the product as it will be stained and it will not be able to be sold again as first hand, so we will not be able to accept the return of the product.

Indalo Surfer will check if it is really in bad condition, deteriorated or if it does not match the previous description; This being the case, the bank discount of the product in question will be made plus the costs of the return shipping.

 

Who bears the return shipping costs?

WARRANTY:
